4-Session Group Coaching

Requires 4 to 6 people.

 

This general educational program provides information and strategies for you to set your own health plan.  It includes: 

  • Goal-setting

  • How to navigate the food supply

  • What toxins to avoid in your cosmetics and cleaning products

  • Safe replacements for toxin-filled products

  • How to ground yourself

  • How to eat mindfully

  • The benefits of keeping a food journal

  • How sleep, exercising and eating well will affect your health

  • Daily rituals to improve health

 

The group will have access to a private Facebook group for the duration of the group, to provide support for permanent change.
